1. Who we are

Rapid Radial is published by Endorsed By My Dog (“we”, “us”) — a registered trade name of Sky Vault Media LLC, a Texas limited liability company and the legal entity you contract with. You can reach us at Hello@rapidradial.com.

2. What you are buying

Rapid Radial is desktop software for DaVinci Resolve and Adobe Premiere Pro. It puts a floating radial menu at your cursor so you can apply transitions, effects, titles and commands without menu-diving.

• A one-time purchase, not a subscription. There is no recurring charge.

• A licence to use the software, not ownership of it. We keep all rights in it.

• Licensed for two computers at a time, per licence key. You can move the licence between computers using “Unregister This Computer” in the app.

• Perpetual for the version you buy. It does not expire.

Activating requires an internet connection once, per computer. After that the software verifies your licence against a signed file stored on your own computer, and checks in with our licensing server about once a week when you are online. You can work offline for roughly three months before it asks you to reconnect.

3. Payments and merchant of record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com Market Limited is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service enquiries relating to billing and handles returns.

This means Paddle — not us — is the seller of record for your transaction, and Paddle is responsible for collecting and remitting any applicable sales tax or VAT. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's buyer terms, which govern payment, billing and cancellation mechanics.

Your card statement will show PADDLE* RAPIDRAD, or PAYPAL *PADDLE.NET if you pay with PayPal — not “Rapid Radial”.

4. Refunds

We encourage you to reach out to us first if you are having issues! But you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how to request one. A refunded licence is revoked and stops working at the next online check.

5. What you may not do

• Share, resell, sublicense or publish your licence key.

• Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to defeat the licensing in the software, except where that restriction is prohibited by law.

• Use the software where prohibited by applicable export control or sanctions law.

Rapid Radial works alongside DaVinci Resolve and Adobe Premiere Pro. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Blackmagic Design or Adobe, and those products are licensed to you by their own makers under their own terms.

6. Support and updates

Support is via this website and by email at Hello@rapidradial.com, on a reasonable-efforts basis. We may release updates and new versions; the version you bought remains yours.

7. Warranty disclaimer and liability

The software is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will work with every configuration of your editing software.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the software is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost work, lost projects or lost profits. Keep backups of your projects.

Nothing in these terms removes any mandatory consumer protection or statutory right you have under the law of the country where you live.

8. General

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. We may update these terms for future versions or releases; the version you accepted governs the copy you bought.
