3. Open-source components

Rapid Radial is proprietary software built on open-source libraries, and we are obliged to tell you which. The components we ship are used under the MIT, BSD-3-Clause, Apache-2.0, MPL-2.0 and LGPL-3.0 licences, among others. The complete list — every component, the exact version shipped in your build, what it is used for, and its licence — is in the app, under Help → Legal & Licences…. It is delivered that way rather than reproduced here on purpose: versions differ between releases and between the macOS and Windows builds, and a copy on this page would drift out of step with the software you actually installed.

4. Written offer for LGPL source

Rapid Radial dynamically links LGPL-licensed libraries — PySide6, Qt 6 and pynput — and ships them unmodified, exactly as published upstream. We do not patch them.For any Rapid Radial release, Sky Vault Media LLC will provide the complete corresponding source for those LGPL components on request, for no more than the cost of distribution. Email Hello@rapidradial.com with your app version — the menu bar icon, then Help → Legal & Licences…, shows it.The LGPL also entitles you to run Rapid Radial against your own build of those libraries. The in-app notices include the relinking instructions and the exact paths inside the installed application, per platform.
