The short version

You can request a refund within 14 days of purchase, for any reason. You do not have to explain yourself, and you do not have to have found a fault.

How to request one

Either route works:

• Through Paddle at paddle.net, using the email address you bought with. Paddle handles our billing and can process the refund directly.

• Email us at Hello@rapidradial.com and we will arrange it. Including your order number helps, but your purchase email address is enough.

How the money comes back

Refunds are returned to your original payment method. Timing after approval depends on your bank or card issuer, and is typically a few business days.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com Market Limited is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, and handles returns and billing enquiries.

What happens to your licence

A refunded licence is revoked. Rapid Radial checks in with our licensing server about once a week when you are online, so the software stops working at the next check rather than instantly. Please stop using it once your refund is issued.

Because it is a one-time purchase, there is nothing to cancel

Rapid Radial is a single, one-time purchase — not a subscription. There is no recurring charge, no renewal, and no plan to cancel. Buying it once is the whole transaction.

Before you buy

If you are unsure whether Rapid Radial suits your setup, ask us first — Hello@rapidradial.com. We would rather answer a question than take money from someone it will not help.

Worth knowing up front:

• Activation needs an internet connection once, per computer.

• Each licence covers two computers at a time, and can be moved between them from within the app.

• Some features need DaVinci Resolve Studio rather than the free version.

Your statutory rights

Consumers in some jurisdictions, including the EU and UK, have statutory cancellation and refund rights. Nothing in this policy removes or limits them. Where your statutory rights are broader than this policy, your statutory rights apply.
