Two features need Resolve Studio. Blackmagic ships the plugin API only in Studio, so on the free version the wheel can't follow your page automatically or insert media into the timeline. Everything else works — effects, transitions, titles, commands and Rapid Search — you just pick the page yourself from the menu bar. Premiere Pro has no such split.
